Your order will be packed by us within 3 business days. We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. If we receive a high volume of orders, packing may be delayed by 1-2 business days.

Successfully placed orders will receive an email receipt with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

All orders (except for the USA) are shipped with our shipping partner, GLS, via Registered Post, all USA orders are shipped with FBA.
